- We ship all all of our orders out with UPS. We ship out every afternoon Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped from our location in Chicago. Typically a ground package to the west coast takes 4 days, east coast 2 to 3, and 1 to 2 for the midwest. We cannot ship any orders to P.O. boxes.

- All information supplied to Okutani Corporation dba Hollywood Mirror is used only for shipping and billing purposes. Contact information may be used exclusively by hollywoodmirror.com in order to inform customers of sales or news. We do not share or sell any information with other companies and all information pertaining to our customers is kept completely confidential.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you have a request concerning a return or replacement please contact us toll free at 866.598.9362. All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the order.

- Retail orders are accepted online or by calling our toll free number 866.598.9362. Wholesale orders are accepted via this website, by calling our toll free number 866.598.9362, by emailing your order to sales@hollywoodmirror.com, or by faxing your order to 847.437.0090.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Please have your credit card available for orders placed online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Wholesale orders my pay by C.O.D. (money order or cashiers check only) for a fee or may apply for credit terms after positive business history has been established with Okutani Corporation dba Hollywood Mirror.
